Kaity (they/them) started doing therapy in 2021 when they first started their Master's degree program. They've since finished their Master's and moved on to a Ph.D. so they can better serve their community. Although they are able to work with any individual, partners, or family that is appropriate for out-patient care, they have a few specialties. Their clinical specialties are ADHD, autism, and chronic illness, parenting teens, working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. If you would like to learn more about what their degrees and training entail, please go HERE.
Their goal with therapy is to work with you as a team to figure out the solutions that work for you. Kaity wants their therapy space to be a safe, inviting place where everyone feels comfortable to truly be themselves. They also believe that the world around us has an impact on our personal lives, and is more than happy to discuss those events and societal pressures in the therapy room.
