For this assessment, we will have three, hour-long sessions to see if you or your teen qualify for an ADHD diagnosis. We will assess for and rule out other potential diagnoses, and see if there's anything that comes up alongside ADHD.

For this assessment, we will have three, hour-long sessions to see if you or your teen qualify for an autism diagnosis. We will assess for and rule out other potential diagnoses, and see if there's anything that comes up alongside autism.

For this assessment, we will have four, hour-long sessions to see if you or your teen qualify for an ADHD and autism diagnosis. We will assess for and rule out other potential diagnoses, and see if there's anything that comes up alongside ADHD and autism.

These are packages with a set number of sessions and a more structured approach. These will cost less overall than regular sessions.
Partner Move-In Package
Partner Move-In Package
Rate: $468 for five sessions
$93.60 per session
In this package, you and your partner(s) will get five sessions with me to help navigate the challenges of moving in together.
One session will be scheduled before the official move-in date.
The second will be scheduled a week after move-in.
The last three will be scheduled at an appropriate pace to aid in adjustment.
Roommate Group Therapy
Roommate Group Therapy
Rate: $140 per person for four sessions
$35 per session
This package is meant to support people who are roommates. Sometimes we can struggle to navigate difficult situations, and this package was created to support that need. Up to four roommates can be in these roommate sessions.
Mental Health Check-Up
Mental Health Check-Up
Rate: $180 per year for two sessions
$90 per session
This package is for those who simply need to maintain their mental well-being long-term, and need occasional support in doing so. You will schedule an annual check-up with me, and then have an additional session to use as you see fit throughout the year.
New Medical Diagnosis
New Medical Diagnosis
Rate: $270 for four sessions

Sometimes when we receive a new medical diagnosis, our worlds can fall out from underneath us. This package can help support you/your child and your family navigate the many emotions that may come with new medical diagnoses, especially chronic conditions.
These can include but are not limited to: Type I/II diabetes, seizure disorders, cancer, POTs, Ehlers-Danlos, cystic fibrosis, chronic pain, and more.

These are add-ons that can be used alongside regular services or in addition to services received elsewhere.
Gender-Affirming Care Letter
Gender-Affirming Care Letter
Rate: $156 for an assessment session and letter
$50 for just a letter (current clients).
I know that many insurance companies require a letter from a mental health professional to access coverage for gender-affirming care. As a non-binary clinician, I would like to support my trans and non-binary brothers, sisters, and siblings in accessing care.
This will include a one-hour session where I ask you some required questions for the letter, and then I will write and give you the letter to use where you need to use it.
IEP/504 Meeting
IEP/504 Meeting
Rate: $260 for two hours
+$50 for every 30 additional minutes
This service is to support my current clients in obtaining IEP/504 services for their children at school. I understand that sometimes you need someone in your corner to help support these conversations, and advocate for you and your child.
The fee covers an hour of preparation time, an hour of meeting time, and my time traveling to and from the meeting. If the meeting goes over an hour, you will be charged an additional $50 for every 30 minutes.

LGBTQIA+ Affirming Employee & Manager Training
LGBTQIA+ Affirming Employee & Manager Training
Rate: $350 for an hour and a half.
This workshop can be used as an introductory training or a refresher course to ensure LGBTQIA+ affirming practices from your staff and managers. This is available for retail businesses, as well as healthcare settings.
Includes basic terms, how to handle pronouns and preferred names, what to do when you make a mistake, practice scenarios tailored to your business, and a Q&A session!
Cost includes meeting and preparation time.
Disability Affirming Employee & Manager Training

Rate: $350 for an hour and a half
This workshop can be used as an introductory training or refresher course to ensure disability-affirming practices from your staff and managers. This is available for retail businesses, as well as healthcare settings.
Includes basic terms, asking about accommodations, adapting accommodations with the customer/client, evaluating accessibility of your store/office/practice, practice scenarios tailored to your business, and a Q&A session!
Cost includes meeting and preparation time.
