As a professional, my goal is to be transparent with what your fees pay for, so you know why I charge what I charge for my therapy sessions. Below is a list of what your session fee covers:
50-60 minutes of therapy from an Associate-licensed clinician with a Doctorate degree from an accredited university with 5+ years of experience in the field.
Documentation, including your treatment plan and notes for the session, as well as any additional letters that are needed from time to time.
Communication between sessions, whether that be for scheduling, resources, or crisis calls.
Communication with other providers involved in your care now or in the future.
Worksheets, assessments, and resources as needed.
My time spent doing all of the items listed above.
Continuing education to continue to grow as a professional and provide the highest quality services.
Fees to maintain my license to continue to practice in Texas.
My time spent running this business, and the expenses that are associated with running a business.
Time spent working with other providers to build a strong referral network, should you need referrals to other providers.
And, of course, my living expenses, so I can continue to serve you and provide the best therapy I can.
